Customers opt in to ProQuote SMS when submitting a quote or service request. The form includes a checkbox labeled:


“I agree to receive text messages from ProQuote about quotes, scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

This checkbox is unchecked by default, and users must actively select it to receive messages. Consent is stored with the submission record.

Example messages:



  • “Hi [Name], your ProQuote estimate is ready. View it at [link]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

  • “Reminder: your ProQuote technician will arrive tomorrow between 10–12. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
